There is parking for 2 cars only at each cottage.

Cottage Things
A deposit of $400 is required to secure booking, $200 is Non-Refundable and is applied to your owing total, $200 is a cleaning deposit that will be returned within (48 hours) if the cottage and property is left as found, and there is no damage or missing items. The cottage will be inspected before you enter and after you leave.

ONE BAG of garbage per cottage per week, that is all Sauble Beach allows. For more information please check out the website https://www.brucerecycling.com
*There is NO recycling available at the River Cottages. You must take your extra garbage and all recycling to the local dump or take home with you.
Any garbage over the limit or recycling left behind will forfeit the cleaning deposit.

Is there Wifi? Wifi is not available at the cottage at this time.
Is there air conditioning? There is no air conditioning, but the cottages either have ceiling fans and/or free standing fans.
Is there a BBQ and Propane Tank? There is both, BUT the propane is not supplied. That is the renters responsibility. Most of our regulars bring their own tanks. There is a gas station down the street for fills.
